Well Hollie, living near the spiritual home of crippled old witches (Pendle Hill) I ought to be able to suggest something. And I can, the oldest, most trusted British remedy of all. "'av a cuppa tea" But no milk, either green or black is good, with a spoonful of honey and a twist of lemon.
Apart from that, keeping hold of your sense of humour is the best thing. Believe me, I know.

Yep, I tried PR too, studied it as part of uni degree, etc. It's a really difficult industry to get into - loadsa ppl tend to apply and there ain't that many a job around. If you REALLY want to do PR, go persist, knock their heads off with your enthusiasm and intelligence. Who needs experience?! You have to start somewhere!!

PR jobs these days are not nearly as glamourous as they once were. For all your tireless efforts you'd be sacrificing your own social life without being adequately compensated. Remember that you're the star. Follow your bliss - and look great doing it. I see you as a club promoter or a celebrity deejay.

now thats she's redecorated there is no evidence that the flat was in a state beforehand, you can claim it was general wear and tear, and she has no proof to dispute this.

Firstly of all "Good luck with the job! "

Secondly, Send all the cold pizzas back to the shops or better still don't use them ever again, they will soon get your message.

thirdly, take it a bit easy on the poor foreigner who works in Domino's, no-one else would do these jobs when your 15 mins break is deducted from your dismal pay! In fact if you take foreigners out of London the whole city will stop functioning ;)

Sounds like she trying it on, i agree with machinaj, get her to give evidence of the damage (if it exists), and to show you the quotes for the repairs.

Just say "Now look here bitch, you gonna get those quotes, or whistle dixie?" and that should certainly provoke a responce.
